Cranberry Nice Cream Topped with Kumquats & Pomegranate

Nice Cream:⠀
*Makes 2 servings⠀
Ingredients⠀
• 3 cups ripe bananas – frozen & sliced⠀
• 1 cup frozen cranberries⠀
• ½ mandarin orange⠀
• ¼ cup cranberry juice⠀
• 1 tablespoon agave (optional)⠀
• 1 teaspoon orange zest⠀
⠀
Directions⠀
• Put liquid ingredients into blender⠀
• Add rest of ingredients to the blender⠀
• Blend (using tamper as needed) until smooth and creamy⠀
• Top with kumquats, pomegranate seeds, and agave drizzle if desired ⠀
